Yes, I do check in now and then and I was just beginning to get worried about you, so I'll assume all is well and you just very busy with work. It seems your blog may have become an obligation - to show your friends you are still there and OK, although it does seem a bit unfairly one-way.
The critters in your pictures remind me of the real ones I see here: giant huntsman spiders all summer and now the autumn invasions of portugese millipedes and home-grown scorpions. Luckily the jack-jumper ants with their nasty sting and the european wasps tend to stay outside but they're hard to avoid. Today I was even menaced by the biggest leech I've ever seen, at the front of my property. Such a friendly, welcoming place Tasmania!
